For charter, private-aviation & group flight organizers
In-flight zmanim, computed live for every passenger on every flight you book.
Ground-based zmanim go stale the moment the wheels are up. Flight Zmanim recomputes every zman from where the aircraft actually is — for the whole cabin, for the whole flight.
Estimates from the plane's most recent known position along a direct path to the destination (diverged from filed route).
What it is
Zmanim for an aircraft that's actually moving.
Ground-based zmanim apps assume you're stationary. The better ones accept a flight number and return a wide accuracy range — useful for planning, not something a passenger can act on at altitude.
Flight Zmanim is different. We continuously track the aircraft via ADS-B and recompute every zman from where the plane will be at that moment, not where the filed plan said it would be an hour ago. The result is a live, position-aware halachic clock for every passenger, for the whole flight.
Flight Zmanim
Live position, per-zman uncertainty
ADS-B fix every 5 minutes. Each zman's uncertainty widens when it's hours out, tightens as it approaches, and settles at ±1 minute once it's passed.
Most zmanim sites
Static lookup, ± an hour
One filed route, computed once. Stops being accurate the first time ATC reroutes the aircraft.
How it works
Three steps. Nothing for your passengers to install.
From your perspective as the organizer, it's a short intake and a link.
-
Step 01
You tell us about the flight.
Route, tail number or filed callsign, and scheduled times. That's the whole intake.
-
Step 02
We generate a private per-flight link.
One URL, tied to that specific flight. Share it how you normally distribute trip info — itinerary email, group chat, printed card at the gate.
-
Step 03
Every passenger sees a live page on their phone.
Each passenger opens the link over the aircraft's wifi and sees zmanim that update from the aircraft's real position. When the route deviates from the filed plan, the uncertainty estimate on each zman widens until the new track stabilizes — nothing pretends to be more precise than it is.
What makes it different
Built for the edge cases real flights actually hit.
-
Per-zman asymmetric uncertainty
One ± across a whole flight is dishonest. Each zman widens when it's hours out, tightens as it approaches, and locks at ±1 minute once it's behind you.
-
Automatic re-projection on divergence
When the flight deviates from its filed route — reroute, weather diversion, ATC reassignment — we re-project forward from the last good ADS-B fix instead of relying on a stale plan.
-
187 zmanim. You pick which appear.
Configure the passenger page with whichever zmanim and shitos fit your group — GR"A, Magen Avraham, Baal HaTanya, fixed variants, and 180+ more. Set the list once during intake; every passenger sees what you chose.
-
Nothing to install, nothing to log into
The per-flight link opens in any mobile browser. No app, no account, no tracking. One URL covers every seat in the cabin.
